About this course
A self-directed course providing evidence-based exercise prescriptions for pregnancy, covering aerobic, strength, pelvic floor, Swiss ball and abdominal programmes. It aims to help practitioners support behaviour change, manage pelvic girdle and lower back pain in pregnancy, and provide focused exercise plans. The course is allocated 12 informal CPD hours and includes practitioner notes and multiple-choice assessments.
